I will try to explain my problem as good as possible and maybe somebody will be willing to read it all and will have any idea or advice.

During winter I hit a really bad pothole on road, the speed was about 100km/h and the hit was strong enough to bend a wheel.

Took the car to dealer, changed all wheels/tyres to new ones, they checked the suspension, done the alligment, even thay said it wasn't necessary. Found no problems. But the vibration in that wheel was noticable when I was driving.

For the vibration car visited dealer 3 more times. They couldn't find or feel it. Said everything is fine with suspension.

Changed to summer tyres with another wheels - same vibration.

Service done like 2-3 rebalancing on both wheel sets just to be sure it's not wheels problem.

Vibration doesn't change if I change driving mode - Eco, Comfort, Sport. So with diferent RMP or gears vibration is exactly the same.

Few weeks ago car started to shake while braking. Goes to service again. Answer - brake pads and rotors needs to be changed. Surprise, surprise problem is in the same wheel. Decided to wait with this, especially that rotors and brake pads has only about 10k km done so far.

My only guess was that maybe wheel bearing was damaged on hit. Changed wheel bearing. Vibration changed, is much much less noticable, just come up sometimes att certain speed, or for example a second you took feet from acceleration pedal. Car vibration while braking is also less noticable. But after repair strange cracking sound appeared.

You can not hear it from outside the car, just inside on very low speeds (under 30km/h) when you drive over some bumps or just road imperfections. It's the same I could call plastic to plastic or metal to plastic cracking sound when driving straight or turning the wheels. Maybe like spring is out of it's place after wheel bearing changing, I am not sure if it is even possible.

So maybe somebody will have any ideas what could cause the new cracking sound and what else if not wheel bearing could be responsible for vibrations.

All the help is appreciated. Thanks.
